Brand Ambassador Agreement

This Brand Ambassador Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the expectations and benefits associated with participation in the Ambassador Program.

Ambassador Responsibilities

As a Brand Ambassador, you agree to:

  • Create and post a minimum of two (2) to four (4) promotional posts per month featuring the brand.
  • Regularly share brand products through stories, reels, or similar content formats.
  • Wear and promote the brand's merchandise in an authentic and natural manner.
  • Use the brand's designated hashtags and tag the official brand account in applicable posts.
  • Notify the brand of any potential content collaborations involving the brand or its products.

Benefits

In consideration of your participation, the brand may provide the following:

  • Access to merchandise at cost (where applicable).
  • Early access to new product releases and collections.
  • Opportunities to be featured on the brand's official social media platforms.
  • Ambassadors receive exclusive pricing on all merchandise and early access to every release + other discounts.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By participating in the Ambassador Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that my role as a Brand Ambassador does not constitute employment, partnership, or joint venture with the company. I agree to represent the brand in a professional manner and to adhere to all ambassador guidelines outlined in this Agreement.
